Programming in Perl tutorials from IBM dev network

Programming in Perl
Started learning Perl for system administration tasks recently and found this link is really a good place for beginners.
but the problem for me is that I'm using Perl in Windows environment and have to get the Perl engine installed everytime I want to run script on a machine.
